It’s where everything I’ve lived, trained in and practiced comes together — pain science (Pain-Reprocessing Therapy in particular), Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy, breath, fascia awareness, trauma integration — to help people create space inside their system, interrupt old loops, and begin to choose something new.
